Privacy Policy

Devine Premier Technical Services operates under the brand Devine Premier. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information when you use the User Platform to manage cleaning and related services.

When this page says “we”, “us”, or “our”, it means Devine Premier Technical Services. When it says “Customer”, it means a person or household that holds an account on the User Platform.

We collect and store the information needed to run Customer accounts and fulfil Bookings and Visits. A Customer may sign in with email and password, or with Google or Apple. Email is required either way: if you use Google or Apple, that provider must supply a verified email. Depending on how you use the User Platform, that may include:

• Display name (including a name shared by Google or Apple when you sign in that way, if provided)
• Email address (required to be a Customer; used as the login identifier)
• Phone number (optional)
• Locations you save (label, emirate, and address text)
• Bookings and Visits linked to your account
• Preferred Employees you mark on the User Platform
• Payment method chosen for a Booking (Cash on Delivery)
• Session cookies used to keep you signed in (including after Google or Apple sign-in)
• IP address and user agent recorded on the session

When you sign in with Google or Apple, that provider authenticates you and shares your email address and, if provided, your name with us so we can create or open your Customer account. We do not receive other profile data from those providers beyond what is needed to sign you in.

We do not ask for payment card numbers on the User Platform. Cash on Delivery means payment in cash at the Visit.

We share personal information only as needed to run the service:

• Admins can access Customer account, Location, Booking, and Visit information to configure the business and oversee operations.
• When a Visit is underway, the Driver can see Customer contact details after Start Drive so they can coordinate arrival. Other field Employees assigned to the Visit do not receive Customer contact details through the product.
• When you choose Google or Apple sign-in, you authenticate with that provider. The provider shares your email (and name if provided) with us so we can create or open your Customer account. We do not share your Bookings, Locations, or other account details with Google or Apple for that purpose.
• The User Platform is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical data required to deliver the service (for example requests and session-related traffic).

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to comply with a legal obligation, to protect the rights or safety of Customers, Employees, or others, or to defend our legitimate interests in connection with a dispute. Where we do so, we aim to limit the disclosure to what is necessary.

We keep personal information while your account is used and for as long as we need it to run Bookings and Visits, maintain operational records, and handle follow-up related to those Bookings and Visits.

When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we take steps to delete or de-identify it in the ordinary course of operating the service. Retention periods can vary with the type of record and ongoing operational needs.

The User Platform is directed at adults who book cleaning and related services for homes and workplaces. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the User Platform. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address it.
